Indonesia's Davomas to start roadshow Monday in Asia for $150 million five-year notes

St. Louis, Jan. 18 - Indonesian cocoa producer PT Davomas Abadi Tbk. will begin a roadshow on Monday in Singapore for its $150 million offering of five-year senior unsecured notes (B2/B+), according to a market source.

Subsequent roadshow stops are set for Jan. 24 in London, Jan. 25 in Boston, Jan. 26 in Los Angeles and Jan. 27 in New York.

Pricing is expected during the Jan. 30 week.

Lehman Brothers has the books for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes will come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance all of the company's existing debt, to fund capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.

Davomas has headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia.
