Indonesia's Davomas to sell $150 million five-year notes

New York, Jan. 17 - PT Davomas Adadi Tbk. plans to sell $150 million of five-year senior unsecured notes (B2/B+), according to a market source.
The notes will be callable in the third year.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to refinance existing debt, for capital expenditures and for general capital purposes.
Lehman Brothers is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S issue.
The issuer, based in Jakarta, is a producer and exporter of cocoa butter and cocoa powder in Indonesia.
