DaVita to repay term loan with bond sale proceeds and cash

New York, March 3 - DaVita Inc. plans on repaying all amounts outstanding under its term loan using proceeds from a proposed $1.35 billion bond offering and cash on hand, according to a company news release.

DaVita is an El Segundo, Calif., provider of dialysis services.
