David’s Bridal reports $7.84 million net loss for May

Olympia, Wash., June 26 – David's Bridal, LLC reported a $7.84 million net loss for May on $47.9 million gross income/sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

To compare, the company reported a $1.79 million net loss for April on $23.79 million gross income/sales.

The cash balance at the end of May was $3.3 million, down from $7.04 million at the end of April.

David’s Bridal is a Conshohocken, Pa.-based bridal retailer. It filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time on April 17 under case number 23-13131.
