New Issue: Danske Bank sells $1.25 billion 1.226% four-year notes at Treasuries plus 100 bps

Tupelo, Miss., June 16 – Danske Bank A/S priced $1.25 billion of 1.226% four-year notes (A3/A+) on Tuesday at a spread of Treasuries plus 100 basis points, according to a market source.

Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 125 bps area.

BofA Securities, Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Danske Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC were the bookrunners.

Danske Bank is a Copenhagen, Denmark-based bank.
