Dan River Holdings’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy case closed by court

Olympia, Wash., April 17 – Dan River Holdings LLC’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case was closed on April 11, according to a docket entry filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The court said the trustee had filed a report of no distribution and had performed all other duties required of him in the administration of this estate. As such, the court closed the case.

Dan River, a Danville, Va.-based textile company, filed for bankruptcy on April 20, 2008. Its Chapter 7 case number is 08-10726.
