Daniels prices its $1.3 million initial public sale of stock at $0.50

Self-underwritten deal sells 2.6 million of company's common shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 30 - Daniels Corporate Advisory Co., Inc. priced its $1.3 million initial public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 2.6 million common shares at $0.50 per share on a self-underwritten, best-efforts basis.

Proceeds will be used for investor relations, online marketing, brand awareness, general working capital and the completion of two corporate strategy consulting assignments.

Based in New York, the company provides corporate development services.
