By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 1 – Danaher Corp. is expected to sell dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes initially have a make-whole call and are then redeemable at par.

The bookrunners are BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., MUFG and Santander Investment Securities Inc.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s €800 million of 2.5% senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes.

Washington, D.C.-based Danaher designs, manufactures and markets professional, medical, industrial, commercial and consumer products.
