Dana records $17 million November loss from continuing operations

Pittsburgh, Dec. 28 - Dana Corp. posted a $17 million loss from continuing operations for November on $719 million in net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In October, the company posted a $21 million loss from continuing operations on $729 million in net sales.

The net loss for November was $20 million, the same as October.

Cash and cash equivalents at Nov. 30 were $723 million, up from $716 million at the end of October.

Dana, a Toledo, Ohio-based supplier of components, modules and systems to vehicle manufacturers and related aftermarkets, filed for bankruptcy on March 3, 2006 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10354.
