New Issue: Dallas-Fort Worth International offers $416.32 million refunding bonds

New York, July 12 - The Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, sold $416,315,000 of series 2013D non-AMT joint revenue refunding bonds for the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A2/A+/A) were sold through senior managers Loop Capital Markets LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with 2% to 5.25% coupons and 0.48% to 5.00% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund the airport's series 2003A revenue bonds.
