Knoxville, Tenn., May 20 - Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure, Inc. concluded a $100,000 private placement of stock with Robert Brooks on May 14, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2.5 million common shares at $0.04 per share. The price per share reflects a 42.86% discount to the May 13 closing share price of $0.07.
The Hickory, N.C., company offers entertainment-based oval driving schools and events.
