Dakota Plains Holdings records $479,041 operating loss for January

Pittsburgh, Feb. 22 – Dakota Plains Holdings, Inc. reported a $479,041 operating loss for January on $10,600 in operating revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.

The company posted a $50,546 operating loss for the period of Dec. 20 through Dec. 31 on zero revenue.

The net loss for January was $280,884, compared with a $50,546 net loss for the shorter December period.

In addition, Dakota Plains had $474,606 in cash as of Jan. 31, up from $274,054 at the end of December.

Dakota Plains, a midstream energy company based in Wayzata, Minn., filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 20 under Chapter 11 case number 16-43711.
