D.A. Davidson adds Han, Cojocaru-Ivoska to fixed-income capital markets

Norfolk, Va., March 15 – D.A. Davidson & Co. announced that Richard Han and Dana Cojocaru-Ivoska have joined the public finance group’s fixed-income capital markets division, according to a press release.

Han and Cojocaru-Ivoska focus on financing for states, local governments, school districts, universities, hospitals, airports and utilities. Han joined as senior vice president, public finance banker, and Cojocaru-Ivoska is vice president, public finance banker and analyst.

“Richard and Dana are strong additions to our team and assist us in serving municipal issuers in California,” Sam Doyle, president of Davidson’s fixed income capital markets, said in the release.

“They bring a diverse skill set and wealth of knowledge about tailored financing strategies to D.A. Davidson’s clients in the state.”

Han was previously with Edward Jones in Roseville, where he completed a number of senior-managed transactions in California and other Western states.

Cojocaru-Ivoska also joins D.A. Davidson from Edward Jones. For the last 10 years, her focus was on educational and muni transactions as well as providing analysis for a team of bankers.

D.A. Davidson is an investment firm based in Great Falls, Mont.
