DUNEDIN INCOME GROWTH INVESTMENT TRUST PLC:

• £30 million of 3.99% senior secured fixed-rate notes due Dec. 8, 2045;

• Interest is payable semiannually;

• Proceeds for general purposes, including a pre-financing of the 7 7/8% debenture stock due 2019;

• Edinburgh, Scotland-based mid-market private equity provider.

MID PENN BANCORP, INC.:

• $7.5 million of subordinated notes due Dec. 9, 2025;

• Interest rate is 5.15% per year for the first five years and then the Wall Street Journal’s Prime rate plus 50 bps;

• Interest is payable quarterly beginning on Jan. 1;

• Proceeds to redeem series B and series C preferred shares, if approved, and for general corporate purposes;

• Millersburg, Pa.-based bank holding company.

CLECO POWER LLC:

• $45 million of 3.68% senior notes due Nov. 15, 2025;

• Proceeds to partially replace cash used to repay debt that matured in May 2015 and July 2015;

• The notes have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 50 bps;

• Purchasers include Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., Pacific Life Insurance Co., Voya Insurance and Annuity Co., Reliastar Life Insurance Co. and Security Life of Denver Insurance Co.;

• Pineville, La.-based electric utility company and subsidiary of Cleco Corp.

STAG INDUSTRIAL, INC. AND STAG INDUSTRIAL OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, LP:

• $100 million of 3.98% senior unsecured notes due Jan. 5, 2023;

• Proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under the company’s unsecured credit facility and for general corporate purposes, including funding future acquisitions;

• The notes have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 50 bps;

• Purchasers include Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., Lincoln Benefit Life Co., Nationwide Life Insurance Co., Axa Equitable Life Insurance Co., Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Co., the Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, American Family Life Insurance Co. and American Family Life Insurance Co.;

• Boston-based real estate company.

VECTREN CAPITAL CORP.:

• Proceeds to refinance existing debt maturing in 2015 and for general corporate purposes;

• Proceeds to repay remaining $375 million of debt outstanding under the March 31, 2015, term loan credit agreement, to repay debt under the unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes;
