APRIL

TASEKO MINES LTD.: $200 million senior notes due 2019; Barclays Capital (sole), BMO Nesbitt Burns, TD Securities (co's); SEC registered; non-callable for four years; to fund the expansion of Gibraltar Mine and for general corporate purposes; Vancouver, B.C., mineral and metals exploration and production company; roadshow April 6-13.

ON THE HORIZON

FINANCEMENT-QUEBEC: Reopening of 3.5% notes due Dec. 1, 2017 (Aa2/A+/DBRS: A); sized at C$600 million-C$1 billion; debt guaranteed by Province of Quebec; provincial agency that provides financial services to public institutions.

FLAKEBOARD CO. LTD.: $225 million seven-year senior secured notes (B2/B/); J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co.; non-callable for four years; to repay bank debt; Markham, Ont.-based manufacturer of composite panel products.

KRUGER INC.: Up to C$210 million PIK notes; GMP Securities; project finance; Montreal-based paper products manufacturer.
