REPUBLIC OF HUNGARY (Baa1/BBB-/BBB): Benchmark global notes due 2020; Citigroup, Deutsche Bank; SEC registered; pricing expected during March 1 week.

REPUBLIC OF LEBANON (B2/B/B-): Benchmark dollar-denominated 10-year fixed-rated issue; BNP Paribas; guidance 6½% area.

REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA (A3/BBB+/BBB+): Dollar-denominated global bonds with expected maturity of 10 years; Deutsche Bank Securities, Standard Bank (joint), Nedbank Capital, Quartile Capital (co's); for the general purposes of the national government; pricing expected during March 1 week.

BANCO DAYCOVAL (/BB/BB): Dollar-denominated senior notes due 2015; Banco Itaś, Morgan Stanley, Santander; Regulation S; Sao Paulo-based banking company; roadshow starts March 4 in Switzerland, March 5 in Switzerland and Miami, March 8 in London and New York.
