COLBUN SA: $400 million senior unsecured notes due 2020 (BBB-/BBB); Citigroup, JP Morgan; to refinance debt and fund capital expenditures; Santiago, Chile, electrical utility; pricing expected during Jan. 11 week.

INDIAN OIL CORP. LTD. (Baa3//BBB-): Expected $500 million (maximum) notes due 2015; Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank; Regulation S; to help fund capital expenditures; company is headquartered in New Delhi; price talk mid-swaps plus 220 to 240 bps; roadshow concluded in London on Wednesday; pricing subject to market conditions.

(Asia), BOC International (joint books); Rule 144A/Regulation S; to repay structured secured loan, finance existing and new property projects, and for general corporate purposes; real estate group headquartered in Guangzhou, China; global roadshow starts Jan. 13.

LISTRINDO CAPITAL BV/PT CIKARANG LISTRANDO: $300 million senior secured notes (Ba2); Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital (joint books); to repay bank debt, fund capacity expansion program and general corporate purposes; Jakarta, Indonesia-based independent electrical power producer; roadshow started mid-Jan. 11 week, includes stops in Hong Kong, Singapore, London and New York.
