Los Angeles, Sept. 5 – China Power International Development Ltd. issued RMB 2 billion of 3.55% three-year notes on Thursday, according to a company announcement.
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. and Bank of China Ltd. acted as joint lead underwriters for the 2019 first tranche medium-term notes.
Proceeds will be used to repay existing borrowings and bank loans.
Hong Kong-based China Power International’s principal business is to develop, construct, own, operate and manage large power plants in mainland China.
