China Minmetals calls all $1 billion perpetual capital securities

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 27 – China Minmetals Corp. will redeem all $1 billion perpetual capital securities on the first call date of Nov. 13, according to a notice.

The securities will be redeemed at par with any accrued distribution including any arrears of distribution and any additional distribution amount.

After the redemption, none will remain outstanding and the securities will be delisted.

The issuer is based in Beijing.
