Atlanta, March 22 - China Minmetals Corp. sold RMB 2.5 billion three-year notes at par to yield 3 5/8%, a market source said.
The notes were talked at 3.65% to 3¾%.
HSBC, DBS Bank, ICBC (Asia), ABC International and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Minmetals is a metals and mineral trading company based in Beijing.
