China Life Insurance on roadshow for dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, June 22 – China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is on a roadshow for an offering of dollar-denominated Tier 2 subordinated notes (expected ratings: A3/A/A-), a market source said.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup and HSBC are the joint global coordinators for the Regulation S deal. BofA Merrill Lynch, CICC Hong Kong and Goldman Sachs are other bookrunners.

The issuer is based in Beijing.
