China Hongqiao plans offering of dollar-denominated senior notes

Morgantown, W.Va., April 13 – China Hongqiao Group Ltd. is proposing to offer dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company announcement.

Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Agricole CIB, ING, Societe General CIB and DBS Bank will be the joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers with China Citic Bank International as global coordinator.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the Regulation S offering for refinancing existing debt and general corporate purposes.

China Hongqiao is an aluminum products manufacturer based in Zouping County, Shandong, China.
