New Issue: China Development sells £1 billion of 1¼% notes due 2023 at 99.747

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 16 – China Development Bank has priced £1 billion of 1¼% notes due 2023 (A1) at 99.747, according to a notice.

The notes were sold under the bank’s $30 billion debt issuance program.

Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Bank of China Ltd., Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Barclays, Credit Agricole CIB, China Construction Bank (Europe) SA, Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Branding Corp. Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) SA and Mizuho International plc are the managers.

The issuer is based in Shenzhen, China.
