Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 24 – China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. issued RMB 16 billion of bonds in China’s national interbank bond market on Tuesday, according to a company press release.
The issue included 3½% three-year bonds, 3¾% five-year bonds and 4.6% 10-year bonds.
Proceeds will be used to replenish the company’s operational capital, to optimize its asset and liability structure, to promote business development and financial innovation and for other purposes.
The Beijing-based company announced plans to issue the bonds on Sept. 1.
China Cinda provides asset management, consulting, investment, financial and risk management services to individuals and businesses.
