China Cablecom completes redemption of all of its outstanding notes

Minneapolis, Nov. 15 - China Cablecom Holdings, Ltd. completed the redemption of $19.1 million of senior secured, $16.2 million of junior secured and $4.2 million of unsecured notes, according to a press release.

Following the redemptions, the company announced the resignation of three of its board members effective immediately. Robi Hartman, David Kratochvil and Jacob Weiss have agreed to step down following the liquidation of China Cablecom's Hubei assets.

China Cablecom is a Shanghai-based joint-venture provider of cable television services in the People's Republic of China.
