Kazakhstan's Chimpharm places no 8% bonds at Monday session

Madison, Wis., Jan. 29 - JSC Chimpharm held a special trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange to place KZT 7 billion of 8% bonds due Jan. 4, 2018. No bonds were placed at the trading session held on Jan. 28 due to unfavorable prices for submitted orders.

The size of the planned placement represented 70% of the total principal amount of bonds the company is authorized to issue.

The pharmaceutical company is based in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
