China’s Guangdong Chigo plans to issue RMB 300 million one-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 3 – Chigo Holding Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Guangdong Chigo Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd., plans to issue RMB 300 million of 366-day notes.

The issue is expected to take place by Dec. 20.

China Minsheng Bank will be the lead underwriter.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank borrowings.

Based in Hong Kong, Chigo is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of air conditioning products.
