New York, Aug. 26 – The Charleston County School District of South Carolina priced $67.6 million of series 2014 tax anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.
The notes (MIG1) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond to requests for the winning bidder.
The notes are due April 1, 2015 and have a 1.25% coupon priced at 100.669.
Proceeds will be used to finance operational expenditures for the district during the 2014-2015 fiscal year ahead of the collection of ad valorem taxes and state funds.
