Taiwan’s Chailease plans to issue up to NT$7 billion bonds in 2021

Concord, N.H., April 27 – Chailease Holding Co. Ltd. subsidiary Chailease Finance Co., Ltd. plans to issue up to NT$7 billion of unsecured corporate bonds in 2021, according to a notice.

The notes will be priced at par with a fixed coupon and have a maturity of up to 15 years.

Proceeds from the offering or offerings will be used to repay loans and pay for capital expenditures related to green energy and to replenish working capital.

The financial company is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
