Moody's ups Cerveceria Nacional view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it revised the outlook for Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana, SA to positive from stable.

At the same time, Moody's affirmed the B1 senior unsecured debt and corporate family ratings.

"The outlook change reflects our expectation that the recently announced strategic alliance with Companhia de Bebidas das Americas-AmBev will benefit Cerveceria Nacional's already strong market position, broaden its product portfolio and help improve its operating results in the medium term," Moody's assistant vice president Alonso Sanchez Rosario said in a news release.
