Atlanta, Sept. 13 - China's Century Master Investment Co. Ltd. sold $600 million 4¾% five-year notes (/BBB/A-) at 99.425 to yield Treasuries plus 320 basis points, a market source said.
BOC International, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, ABC International and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only deal.
The notes include a change-of-control put at 101%.
The notes are guaranteed by China Orient Asset Management (International) Holding Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based China Orient Asset Management Corp.
The proceeds will be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
