Argentina's Central Termica Loma extends note offering subscription period to Sept. 3

Pittsburgh, Sept. 2 - Central Termica Loma de la Lata SA has extended the subscription period for its $200 million offering of 11¼% notes due 2015 to Sept. 3 from Sept. 1, according to a news release.

As a result, the notes will now be issued on Sept. 8 instead of Sept. 4.

ABN Amro Bank NV, Sucursal Argentina and Standard Bank Argentina SA are the placement agents.

Parent company Pampa Holding SA will guarantee the notes.

Pampa Holding SA subsidiary Central Termica is an Argentine thermoelectric power plant.
