Malaysia's Censof issues first tranche of redeemable convertible notes

Madison, Wis., Jan. 9 - Censof Holdings Bhd. said it issued an initial tranche of redeemable convertible notes in the amount of RM 1.25 million on Thursday.

The company previously announced that it plans to issue a total of up to RM 100 million of redeemable convertible notes.

The Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia-based company develops and markets financial management software.
