Mexico’s Cemex could issue new notes

Atlanta, Sept. 3 – Mexico’s Cemex SAB de CV could issue new notes, according to a filing from the company.

The Nuevo Leon-based building materials supplier and cement producer is considering a private placement of debt securities in a Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

No other details were immediately available on Wednesday.
