New York, Feb. 8 - Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. said it has concluded a private placement for C$1,382,000.
The company sold 5,528,000 units at C$0.25 each on a non-brokered basis.
The units included one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.40 each for two years.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Cell-Loc develops network-based wireless location technology.
