Atlanta, June 17 - Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. said it has upsized to C$3,525,505 its previously announced C$3.4 million private placement.
The company will now sell 21,366,697 units at C$0.165 each.
The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants allow for an additional share at C$0.22 each for 18 months.
The first tranche of the offering was closed June 2. In the first tranche, the company sold a total of 13,949,545 units under the same terms.
The final tranche closed June 16, comprising 7,417,152 units.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Cell-Loc develops network-based wireless location technologies.
