CCC Information to redeem 10% notes due 2022 on April 10

New York, March 13 – CCC Information Services Inc. will redeem its $260 million of 10% senior notes due 2022 on April 10, according to a notice from the issuer.

Holders will receive 102.5% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

The redemption is conditional on the completion of the acquisition of Cypress Merger Sub, Inc. by Jaguar Holdings Inc.

CCC is a Chicago-based provider of software and workflow tools to the insurance automotive claims and collision repair industries.
