New Issue: Caterpillar Financial prices $750 million 5.45% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 205 bps

Omaha, March 19 - Caterpillar Financial Services Corp. priced $750 million 5.45% 10-year medium-term notes Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 205 basis points, a market source said.

The notes (A2/A) priced at 99.751 to yield 5.482%.

Agents were Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.

Co-agent was Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.

The subsidiary of equipment company Caterpillar Inc. is based in Nashville.
