New York, March 28 - Castle Rock Petroleum Ltd. said it has completed its previously announced C$5 million private placement for C$1,951,950 at a lower price.
The company issued 1,626,625 class A shares at C$1.20 apiece.
The deal priced on Feb. 7 as a C$5,000,400 offering of up to 3,704,000 shares at C$1.35 each.
GMP Securities LP was the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used for ongoing development and exploration activities. The rest will be used for general corporate purposes.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Castle Rock is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
