New Issue: Cash Systems concludes $4.47 million placement for acquisition

New York, March 6 - Cash Systems, Inc. said it closed a $4,470,160 private placement.

Cash sold 710,000 shares at $6.296 each to the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians as part of Cash's acquisition of the ATMs from Indian Gaming Services, which is a division of Borrego Springs Bank, NA, held by Viejas.

Under the terms of the acquisition, Cash paid $12 million for the ATMs.

Based in Burnsville, Minn., Cash Systems provides automated teller machines.
