Casella Waste Systems $150 million 10-year notes talked at 10½%-10¾%, pricing Wednesday

St. Louis, Mo., July 22 - The official price talk is 10½%-10¾% on Casella Waste Systems, Inc.'s upcoming sale of $150 million of 10-year senior subordinated notes due 2012 (B3/B), according to a syndicate source. The deal will price Wednesday morning.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the bookrunner. Fleet Securities and Banc of America Securities are the co-managers.
The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.
Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.
The issuer is a Rutland, Vt.-based waste disposal service.
