Knoxville, Tenn., July 15 - Caribou Copper Resources Ltd. announced it plans a C$1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell 10 million units at C$0.10 apiece.
The units consist of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole two-year warrant will be exercisable at C$0.15 in the first year and at C$0.20 thereafter.
The copper explorer is based in Ottawa.
