Offering of company's common shares conducted at $4.35 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 4 - Capital Pacific Bancorp said it has completed a $3.2 million private placement of stock. The deal was led by Josiah Hornblower and Hans Schroeder of Blue Pine Partners LLC.
The company will sell common shares at $4.35 apiece. The price per share is a 6.62% premium to the Aug. 3 closing share price of $4.08.
Portland, Ore.-based Capital Pacific is the parent company of Capital Pacific Bank, which provides banking services.
