Canadian Natural Resources files $3 billion debt securities shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 13 - Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. filed a $3 billion debt securities shelf registration in an F-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Canadian Natural Resources is an independent crude oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company with headquarters in Calgary, Alta.
