Canadian County Educational, Okla., to price $64.06 million of bonds

New York, July 10 - The Canadian County Educational Facilities Authority of Oklahoma is expected to come to market with $64.06 million of series 2012 educational facilities lease revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A+/) will be sold through senior manager D.A. Davidson & Co.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2023.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of and improvements to a grades 5 and 6 facility in the Mustang Public Schools District, as well as to make other renovations within the district.
