New Issue: Argentina's Camuzzi Gas Pampeana prices Ps. 50 million notes at Badlar plus 400 basis points

Pittsburgh, May 15 - Camuzzi Gas Pampeana SA priced its offering of Ps. 50 million class 3 floating-rate notes due 2009 at a spread over the Badlar Bancos Privados rate of 400 basis points, according to a company news release.

The notes will be issued under the company's Ps. 300 million notes program.

The agents are ABN Amro Bank, NV and Banco Comafi SA.

The notes can be called after 18 months or before if the company prepays the class 2 notes under the program.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and to refinance debt.

Camuzzi Gas Pampeana is a Buenos Aires natural gas and energy company.
