Calumet to pay down revolver with proceeds from common units sale

Kansas City, Kan., May 7 - Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP intends to use the proceeds from its offering of common units to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility.

Proceeds will also be used for general purposes.

Calumet Specialty Products is an Indianapolis-based producer and seller of specialty hydrocarbon products.
