Chindata to sell dollar-denominated green notes

New York, July 27 – Chindata Group Holdings Ltd. Announced a planned offering of dollar-denominated green senior notes.

The deal will be sold under Rule 144A and Regulation S, according to a news release.

Moody’s Investors Service assigned a Ba2 rating to the notes while Fitch Ratings gave them a BBB- assessment.

Chindata is a Beijing, China-based data center operator.
