California Statewide Communities to sell student housing revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 12 - The California Statewide Communities Development Authority is expected to price $96.17 million of series 2011 student housing revenue bonds for the University of California Irvine East Campus Apartments Phase I Refunding - CHF - Irvine LLC, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (Baa2) will be sold through senior manager Barclays Capital Inc.
The maturities have not been set.
Proceeds will be used to construct a student housing facility at the University of California at Irvine campus in Irvine, Calif.
