California Statewide calls $95.04 million of 2004 student housing revs

Norfolk, Va., April 16 – The California Statewide Communities Development Authority called $95.04 million of its series 2004 student housing revenue bonds issued for CHF-Irvine, LLC-UCI East Campus Apartments, Phase II, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 15:
• $2.2 million of 5.5% bonds due May 15, 2016;
• $2.32 million of 5.5% bonds due May 15, 2017;
• $20.38 million of 5.75% bonds due May 15, 2024;
• $42.9 million of 5.625% bonds due May 15, 2034; and
• $27.24 million of 5.625% bonds due May 15, 2038.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
